Applications will be taken on a 'first come, first-served basis'.
Applications will be assessed to ascertain the suitability for the property. This will be based on a number of criteria, to include: accessibility, size of household, financial circumstances, tenancy history, local connection.
If the application fulfils the initial eligibility criteria, a full credit check will be carried out and references obtained to ensure the applicant can comfortably afford the property rental and living costs.
If the application for tenancy is successful, an Assured Shorthold Tenancy will be offered at the property.
Identification will be obtained from each applicant and immigration checks made in accordance with the government requirement to assess 'right to rent'.
If the applicant wishes to accept a tenancy at the property, a deposit equivalent of 5 weeks rent will be required. All deposits will be protected by the government approved tenancy deposit scheme TDS Custodial. This scheme protects deposits from being lost or unfairly withheld and resolves disputes between landlords and tenants regarding any deductions from the deposit at the end of a tenancy.
Moving in to your new home
When the application process is complete, we will agree a date for the tenancy to start.
